The funds raised here will go towards the criminal defense of the church leaders, civil proceedings seeking a petition to continue current religious practices, and continuing church operations as well as upkeep of the property while working through these matters. Dear Brothers and Sisters,
It is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend upcoming retreats. This decision comes in the wake of a recent intervention by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), which has deeply affected our operations.
While we remain committed to full cooperation with the authorities, we cannot ignore the profound sense of injustice we feel in light of what we believe to be a troubling infringement on our fundamental constitutional rights. We are devoted to being in service for, and with, Mother and to our community. We trust in the Divine’s guidance at this time.
We know this news will be disappointing to many, as these retreats are a time of spiritual renewal and community for us all. Yet, we trust in the Divine’s wisdom and timing, and we believe this is but a temporary setback. We remain hopeful that this situation will be resolved swiftly, and we will update you with further information regarding rescheduled retreats as soon as possible.
We are currently securing the best representation available to resolve the current issue at hand and secure our right to continue with the unencumbered operations of our church. We will provide updates where possible and continue working to secure our God given freedoms. In the meantime, we ask for your prayers and continued support. May we all find strength in faith during this difficult time.
In gratitude and prayer,
Our Sacred Sanctuary
