Ceremony Checklist
Welcome Packet
This Welcome Packet includes information on how to prepare for a Sacred Sanctuary ceremony. This includes additional information regarding medical guidelines and contraindications. Please notify Sacred Sanctuary with any changes you may have to your intake form, medications or overall health.
Intake Form
Please ensure that you have completed the required Intake form. If you have any changes or updates, please notify Sacred Sanctuary as soon as possible to ensure you are cleared to participate in your requested ceremony date.
Sample Weekend Schedule
The weekend schedule is fluid and subject to change. This sample weekend schedule should provide a guideline to understand the general flow for the weekend. Please note the arrival and departure times when making travel arrangements.
Ceremony Prep Call
You are invited to a Weekend Prep Call which covers pertinent information about your ceremony. Please refer to your Welcome email for the date and time of your prep call. Click the button below to open Zoom and attend your call. You may be curious as to the location of the ceremony. The location is kept confidential to provide a safe and secure location for everyone. The location will be provided on the Prep Call. If you cannot attend the Prep Call, please contact us directly.

Waiver Form
As a reminder, your ceremony waiver is required for participation at any Sacred Sanctuary ceremony. If you have not completed your Waiver, please click the link below to submit your waiver.
Ceremony required donation
Your ceremony required donation deposit of $900 is due at the time of reserving your spot. Please note that your spot is not fully reserved until we have received your full ceremony donation. 1 week prior to your ceremony date, your final donation balance of $900 is due. If you have any questions regarding your remaining donation balance, please let us know. Please submit your final ceremony donation via credit card using the button below. Alternatively, you may submit your donation balance through Zelle using the Zelle address below.
